However, the spirit of the constitution guarantees that one's fundamental rights are sacred. Here are 9 positive affirmations to increase your self worth 💙 Use them daily or as often as you feel like. “Masks, gloves, sanitizers, and wipes play a vital role in protecting ourselves and others from the coronavirus, but harming the environment should not be a necessary consequence if avoidable.” Informing yourself about gender identities and pronouns are a good step to being more inclusive and diverse. “In today’s world, time is a luxury not all of us can afford. We are constantly pushed to indulge in self-care, rest, and wellness, but what most do not take into consideration is that these things take time.” Gen Z is a very influential group in society.
